Round Gusseted Ornament Finishing Class - Sunday November 22nd at 9am
Back by popular demand: this exciting class with guest teacher Lita O’Hara, better known on social media as the Nashville Needlepointer!
Learn how to self-finish a round gusseted ornament complete with custom cording. You’ll leave the class with a completely finished ornament and the knowledge to finish countless more on your own!
Please bring a completely stitched round ornament canvas (5 inches or smaller), your choice of backing fabric (please bring a full yard to ensure you'll have enough), scissors, and whatever colors of Perle cotton you would like to use for your cording.
All other materials and tools will be provided.
**Prerequisites: Students should have taken a round ornament class with Lita prior to signing up. The classes can be online or in person, but they should only sign up for the class if they are comfortable with making/sewing on cording and lacing their canvas around boards.
This class will be held from 9am until 1pm in-person at Rita’s Needlepoint, 303 E 81st Street in New York.
